Cancellations, Weather, and Make Up Classes:

We will update our website (class status) and send out an email and text as soon as the court conditions are evaluated. We will do our best to send updates 30 minutes before class begins. As weather is always unpredictable, we will offer make up classes as quickly as we can. However, these classes may be at a different day/time from the regularly scheduled class due to court scheduling and availability. If you cannot attend the makeup class, we will work with you to ensure you get 6 classes.

What to Bring:

Required: Racket, water, and proper court shoes.

Optional: Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen.

If you are unfamiliar with rackets, we can assist you with purchasing one.

Private and Semi-Private Lessons:

24 hours notice is needed to reschedule a lesson. You must use all lessons in a pack within 6 months of purchase date, unless a doctors note is provided. Please email or text us with all scheduling conflicts. No shows will not get a refund or a reschedule.

Refunds:

For group classes, after the session start date, we will issue a 50% refund. After two classes we will not issue a refund.

For private lessons, a no show will result in no refund. No refund will be issued after lesson package has started.
