Testimonials

Zaldy Valenzuela - Client Since 2022 - Semi Private Lessons

"Alyssa is an amazing instructor! I was pleasantly surprised that she was able to teach the game to my son, who had no experience in tennis and had no athletic background. She worked with him to develop a modern forehand and a two handed backhand. I also decided to take lesson with her and she helped me modernize my forehand from the techniques I developed from 1990 and worked with me on my one-handed backhand. Alyssa has great energy! She held me and my son accountable for what she was teaching and I would recommend her to anyone because of her versatility and commitment to her students!"

Julie Tate - Client Since 2021 - Private Lessons

"Alyssa has worked with me for the last couple of years teaching me how to play better tennis. She first taught me the basics of a really good stroke and then moved up to strategic placement of shots among other things. She is patient and a talented tennis player and of course an excellent coach who makes you want to come back week after week".

Terry Parham - Client Since 2023 - Private Lessons

"Alyssa's tennis instructions has motivated me to learn the game in ways I had never thought. She has taught me court positioning and how to serve and volley the correct way, and has enhanced my overall game and confidence to play well. Thanks Alyssa!"

Andrew Eng - Client Since 2022- Private Lessons and Group Lessons

"Alyssa is a very thorough tennis instructor. She tailors her lessons to the student' abilities and works both on strengths and weaknesses. She helped me improve my different serves, ground strokes, and approach shots. She also worked on my footwork and pushed me with some conditioning drills. She figures out your mechanics and is very specific about how to fix them. I joined a group session that was so organized and ran so fluidly. I enjoy working with her and am so glad she's in our area!
